Coated Paper Label
Product Description
This semi gloss paper label material features superior printability and adhesion, with a service temperature range from -35°C to 90°C after labeling, making it suitable for a wide variety of environments. The material provides strong initial adhesion (8N/25mm) and maintains an excellent peel adhesion even after 20 minutes, ensuring a lasting bond on steel. It is ideal for applications that require secure adhesion, even in demanding conditions. The material’s release film ensures easy handling, while the silicone coating helps maintain excellent release properties.

Converting
● Printing Surface and Ink Considerations:
Super-Calendered Semi-Gloss Surface: Ideal for both monochrome and color printing using various printing processes.
Ink Viscosity Control: It is important to control the viscosity of the ink to prevent the coating from coming off due to over-viscous ink.
● Processing Methods:
Suitable for Rotary and Flat Processing: This material is compatible with both rotary and flat processing methods, making it versatile for various production setups.
Bronzing Compatibility: The material is suitable for bronzing applications, adding a premium effect to printed labels.
Rewinding Tension: Excessive rewinding tension should be avoided to prevent label overflow and damage.
● Barcode Printing:
Fine Barcode Printing: For high-quality barcode printing, a thorough print test evaluation is recommended to ensure optimal results.
